Summary:
Collect delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly and professional manner while following all standardized collections procedures.
Make supervisor aware of problem accounts that may result in repossession, foreclosure, or charge-of.
Job Duties:
Collect delinquent accounts promptly and professionally, following standardized proceduresMeet performance expectations for collection efforts, including call quotas, contact percentage, and promises keptNegotiate payment arrangements with clients, assessing their ability and willingness to payDocument all collection efforts accurately and professionally in the collection systemCommunicate regularly with collections supervisor, and ensure thorough work on delinquent accounts according to standardized proceduresIdeal Candidate:
3 years of Customer Service experience - REQUIREDCall Center experience - highly preferredBilingual - highly preferredGood communication, decision-making, and time management skills are essentialProficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to work in a team environmentOn-boarding Requirements:
