Job Description:
Responsible for efficiently collecting delinquent automotive accounts while adhering to established collection procedures.
Primary objection will be to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and organized records of all collection activities and communicationsPrioritize calls and tasks set out by managementIdentify root cause of the delinquency and strategize to support customer in resolving their overdue status.
Record all collection activities undertaken for each assigned account following established protocolsKnowledge and Skills:
REQUIRED 1+years of recent customer service experience in a call center environmentPREFERREDprevious collections experienceREQUIRED:
Good Job StabilityProfessional communication skills, written and verbal; active listening skills for problem identification and solutionBasic computer and Microsoft Office SkillsStrong time-management and multitasking skillsSelf-motivatedTo Apply for this role:
