00 Merit Increase to $22/hr.
once hired on Location:
Winterville, NCSchedules will be primarily Monday - Friday.
Must be available to work up to 3 Saturdays a month and one Sunday shift.
Example Schedule:
Monday - Thursday:
Two, dayshifts each week 8:

Collect delinquent automotive accounts in a timely, orderly, and professional manner while following all standardized collection procedures.
Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives, e.
g.
minimum calls per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio and promises keptPlace or receive calls in priority order as established by managementNegotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to payNavigate and interpret various screens and relay information to clients accurately and professionallyDetermine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist the delinquent customerDocument all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures, which may include using action and reaction codes, rescheduling features, scratch pad entries, etc.

years of recent collections/customer service experience in a call center environmentREQUIRED:
