Job DetailsWe are looking for an experienced industrial drafter to prepare field and shop drawings.
Typical responsibilities include:
Performing site visits to determine existing conditions and record them in AutoCAD to use as a starting template for new workSupport estimating team by creating drawings to show general arrangement and location of proposed workCreate concrete, structural steel, equipment arrangement and any other drawings needed by field services or fabrication teamCheck drawings of other designers for accuracy and completionJob Requirements2
years of experience in drafting, industrial/millwork experience highly desiredExperience with AutoCAD requiredExperience with other programs like Tekla, Fabtrol very helpfulCommunication and basic math skills requiredWe are seeking candidates with the skills listed above but may have some flexibility.
